I don't think that KK was trying to be disparaging. =A0He =

simply pointed out that using all capital letters in your =

previous posts is akin to shouting. =A0Nextly, while we all =

understand (because we've all been there) that there's =

often great urgency in fixing issues, the mailing lists are =

populated by volunteers who are not always available in as =

timely a manner as you'd like. =A0Finally, he suggests you =

RTFM. =A0That's not an unreasonable request. =A0Use the lists =

and forums (er, fora) after you've done as much as you can =

to rectify your situation.
