RE: cerberus and plutoplus problem

Wes it's not opening that file, I check all the output. Regarding the
version number I also tried iptables 1.2.8 and problem is the same, I tried
it in another machine and problem comes again, so I thing it's not a problem
of the iptables version, really don't know what the problem is. I tried:

iptables 1.2.7a from RPM, default RH9 + devel instalation with source
code(as it's explained in the INSTALL file)
iptables 1.2.7a from source code
iptables 1.2.8 RPMS (also devel RPM)
iptables 1.2.9 latest CVS

(which one are you using?)

Every time with a new and fresh RH9 install in the client machine, so I
prevent the mix of versions, I format hard drive and reinstall everything 4
times in that client machine to test all the iptables versions listed above

Please let me know what else can I check/do to solve this, also if this is a
minor or a mayor problem, can I work with net-policy with this problems or
it's something that must be solved first, I didn't configure any example yet
and the clients shows this problem, so need to know if this is a problem
that will be solved once some configuration has made, need some data fisrt
there? or by default instalation it's something that must be without this
problem

That's the one that it should be looking for.  It's possible this is
an iptables version number problem, but I'm not sure.

you might run "strace iptables -L -n" and look at the tons of output
to see if it opens and reads that file.
