np-start-tutorial and siblings

According to the current version of userguide.html, there are supposed to
be commands: np-start-tutorial, np-halt-tutorial, np-start-all, np-start-server,
np-start-client (and the -halt equivalents to each). These do not appear in
my cvs tree. Are these deprecated? Need to be checked in?
