using QWizard standalone

Wes, I seem to remember being able to take your QWizard example
from perldoc, and just put it in a file and run perl on it and get a
little tk window with questions in it. Now when I try to do that,
I get:

Unrecognized character \xE2 at wiztest.pm line 9.

whazzup?
