Re: problem building net-policy

After doing perl Makefile.PL by hand in these two directories:

net-policy/perl/QWizard/Generator/HTML
net-policy/perl/QWizard/Storage

make works fine. It looks like changes to the makefile somewhere in
the hierarchy may be slightly broken.
