I did a make clean from the top of net-policy before, but now I've done it from
within the perl dir. When I run perl Makefile.PL, I get:

Warning: prerequisite SNMP 5 not found. We have unknown version.

Yikes! I know I have net-snmp 5 something installed, in fact I think last
week I installed the latest CVS version.
