np-install stopped at "Path to pg_config?" - HELP

So far np-install has download a bunch of stuff and I think it installed 
some things.  I know I told the wizard to force install some stuff.  Now 
the console is asking for the path to pg_config and I don't know what to 
enter.  What package installs pg_config?  rpmfind.net didn't have a 
package with pg_config for FC3.  Please email directly because I'm not 
on the list.
