np-distd and np-plutoplus errors

Hello, when I run np-distd, I received this error from postmaster:
ERROR: unrecognized configuration parameter "ksqo"
And here are some errors when I make np-plutoplus:

/usr/include/inttypes.h:298: parse error before "imaxabs"

/usr/include/inttypes.h:298: parse error before "__n"

/usr/include/inttypes.h:301: parse error before "__numer"

/usr/include/inttypes.h:305: parse error before "strtoimax"

/usr/include/inttypes.h:309: parse error before "strtoumax"

/usr/include/inttypes.h:313: parse error before "wcstoimax"

/usr/include/inttypes.h:318: parse error before "wcstoumax"

/usr/include/inttypes.h:397: parse error before "strtoimax"

/usr/include/inttypes.h:415: parse error before "strtoumax"

/usr/include/inttypes.h:431: parse error before "wcstoimax"

/usr/include/inttypes.h:450: parse error before "wcstoumax"


When I checked those lines in the file, I saw that there was a problem with the "intmax_t" and "uintmax_t" tokens. 

How can I fix these errors?
