problem installing netpolicy

Hi I need some help, i'am trying to install netpolicy, I installed all te
prerequisites, I installed the BerkeleyDB.4.1 with the --enable--cxx option
and anyway I receive this problems:

./configure

checking for EVP_md5 in -lcrypto... yes
checking for db_version in -ldb_cxx... no
configure: error: "libDB not found. get version 3.1 or higher from
http://www.sleepycat.com/download/index.shtml.  Make sure it is compiled
with --enable-cxx."

When I check config.log I receive this:

Please help me on this
