Ahh...  Well, the bad news is that I've been gone for a while and
hence haven't read mail for a few weeks (so sorry for not responding
to some of your earlier notes, though I'm not sure why in a personal
note you said this list was broken).

Anyway, RH9 uses apache 2.0 which can be problematic since the
previous releases using 1.0 and there are compatibility problems with
mod_perl 1 vs 2.  wheee...

The good news is that I solved this problem for another perl module on
my way home on the airplane from my trip...

So...

The temporary solution is, in htmlmanager.pm, to replace:

  use Apache::Constant qw(:common);

with

  use Apache::Const qw(:common);
  use Apache::compat;

This *should* fix the problem I think.  I'll work on checking
something in that figures out what to do at runtime instead...
