1) The source rpm for np-cerberus is misnamed

2) The source rpm for np-plutoplus is missing (or is it still in progress?)

3) the d/l page release tags for both are '1.0.1' instead of the 'name 1.0.1' naming convention from previous releases.. Any particular reason?
