RE: segmentation fault

I also have to tell you that when I check status of net-policy, I received a
message something like(i'am translating it from spanish): np-distd inactive
but subsystem bloked

And also have to tell you that i'am using latest cvs, I remember lindy sent
an email saying you(the developers) was making some big changes to the
net-policy database, don't know if that big changes affets me considering
i'am using same db didn't initialize it again(don't know how to do it and if
that was necesary)

That's all inforamtion I have regarding this problem, hope it works to you
to find out what's happening.

Also Couldn't install net-policy rpm, too many dependencies on perl
modules(please check the email I sent you and all the users regarding on
that) and fail anyway installing them also :-(

Ok, can you see if you have a core file for it?  If so, run "gdb
np-distd core" and when the gdb> prompt comes up, type "where" and
submit the results to us.

If you don't have a core file, can you restart everything but run
np-distd using "gdb np-distd" and then when the gdb> prompt comes up
say "r -u root -p administrador -s 0".  It should, I would assume,
crash as well and when it does the gdb> prompt will return and you can
type "where" and send us the results.
