Hi,

To get rid of this user, you have to first stop snmpd, edit the first
config file
(usually /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf) to remove the username line, then edit the second
file (usually /var/lib/snmp/snmpd.conf) to remove the lines with that username.
People commonly forget to stop snmpd and do not look for this second file.
