Net-SNMP 5.8.rc3 available for testing

Net-SNMP 5.8.rc3 is now available for testing at

  https://sourceforge.net/projects/net-snmp/files/net-snmp/5.8-release-candidates/


Below is a summary of the major changes in 5.8.rc3.

*5.8.rc3
    snmplib:
      - [BUG 3444939]: BUG: 1796886: snmplib: Avoid that
        sprint_realloc_octet_string() triggers a segmentation fault
        strlcpy() implementations typically scan for the end of the source
        argument passed to strlcpy(). Hence avoid passing an unterminated
        string to strlcpy().

    Cygwin64:
      -  Fix build with OpenSSL


With any luck, this will be the last release candidate, and 5.8
will be out next week!
