Hello Ryan, Please keep the net-snmp-coders mailing list in Cc when replying. Which error message was reported when you ran build.bat? Since you created a Visual Studio project yourself: did you build libsnmp as a static library or as a DLL? In the latter case, have you noticed that NETSNMP_DLL has to be defined when building libsnmp to enable DLL exporting of the exported libsnmp functions? Bart.
