snmptrapd users set by snmpusm

Hi,

I would like to know, if is there any utility for create/modify/delete user for snmptrapd like there is snmpusm for snmpd.
The only way how to create snmptrapd user is write proper command to /etc/snmp/snmptrapd.conf file and for removing snmptrapd user I have to remove proper line from /var/lib/net-snmp/snmptrapd.conf file.

Am I right? Or is there any other way for snmptrapd?
