My best wishes for the new year!

Regarding GitHub versus SourceForge: during the past few weeks none of 
my git pushes to SF failed. That's a significant improvement. However, 
SF is still an order of magnitude slower than GitHub. Additionally, all 
continuous integration services I'm familiar with support GitHub but 
none of them support SF. So I think there are at least two reasons to 
reconsider the migration of the code base to GitHub. There may be other 
reasons that I overlooked.
