OpenSSL v1.1.1 Support

Hi,

I noticed the recent 'CHANGES' file entry in the V5-8-patches branch references the following:

     - Add support for OpenSSL 1.1.0

Should this instead read:

     - Add support for OpenSSL 1.1.1

These are two different versions of OpenSSL, with the former going EOL this month while the latter is the current LTS release.
