A question for error of snmpset command

hello, I have a question of snmpset command. Do you know how to solve this problem. I execute the command "snmpset -v 3 -u [username] -l authPriv -a sha -A [password] -x aes -X [cipherkey] [ip] ".1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.42.3.1.1.1.1.3.33" x "3F FF FF FF FF FF F8". Unfortunately, I execute this command successfully for one time. After that I only get the same error message as: "Error in packet. Reason: (genError) A general failure occured" By the way, I can execute the command "snmpwalk" successfully all the time. Thank you.
