Hi,
I'm following up Debian bug report 685877 The main issue is tmpfs is
part of the HRFS_ignores array and so all tmpfs filesystems are
ignored and not displayed.

This was added by Niels Baggesen back in 2004 with commit
2dfdd7cb73ec8bc670888939568f2bfa49f73943 which seems to be just an
update of the filesystem types.

The interesting thing is tmpfs is used a lot more used now. I'm not
sure if it should be included in filesystem list or not. Does the MIB
definition determine if it should be in? The only thing I could find
was user directories.
