Disable snmpv2 and v1, and enable snmpv3.

HI All.

Please help me to disable snmpv1 and v2 and enable only snmpv3.
Can we do this from snmpd.conf?

Observed NETSNMP_DISABLE_SNMPV2C, NETSNMP_DISABLE_SNMPV1 defines. How
can we set and unset it?

I want to disable v1,v2 traps, walk and get.
