Disabling execution cache in SNMP daemon

Dear all,

 I found this suggestion about the issue in the object and I applied it in
a newer version but it did not work. Could you help me to address
this issue, please?

The workaround is to edit the file
      include/net-snmp/net-snmp-config.h
remove the definition of EXCACHETIME, and re-compile the agent.
