SIGHUP not re-reading the updated Engine-ID

Hi All,

Updated engine-id is not being re-read after sending SIGHUP to snmpd.
I am performing a snmpwalk with '-e' engine-id. After changing the
engine-id and sending a SIGHUP to snmpd, I was expecting snmpwalk with the
previous engine-id to fail while snmpwalk with the updated engine-id to be
successful.
But snmpwalk with the previous engineid is successful and fails with the
updated one.

Now, after restarting snmpd, snmpwalk is successful with the updated
engine-id and fails with the previous (which is expected)

Please let me know if engine-id change needs mandatory restart of snmpd
daemon or is there any API/patch to solve this?
