example of pass-though ?

Hi, i've done a small program and a small MIB to use them with the pass-through option of net-snmp. Unfortunately, although the programm works fine by itself, when i try to get a value from my MIB i get a "No Such Instance currently exists at this OID" :( Is there an example of a working program with pass-through option ? I think i did something wrong, because it's not very clear in the snmpd.conf manual. Thanks alot.
