Trap destinations and Manager addresses in snmpd.

Hi all, We are using NET-SNMP-5.1.1. In this version of snmpd, is there a way to configure the trap destinations and the allowed SNMP Managers addresses using SNMP SET requests? I know, we can add more inform-sinks, trap-sinks, snmp manager addresses in snmpd.conf and give SIGHUP to snmpd to reload this new configuration. I would like to know, whether the same can be achieved by doing SNMP SETs on the tables supported by snmpd. If at all snmpd supports this feature, what are the tables to be used? Please help me.
