no package from localhost

Hi, I have a problem in snmp now. I have configured almost the same of two machines A and B. Now A runs ok,but B doesn't.When test "snmpd -f -L -d" on machine B, it can only reply snmp version,no package from localhost can be get. So I tried on iptables to let machine A communicate with B freely. After restart the iptables services and run script "snmpd -f -L -d ",it can response snmp version and packets and messages from machine A. I use NET-SNMP version 5.0.9. And ping localhost runs ok. No access deny by host configuration file.Almost same configuration file for both machine A and B. I am puzzled and need you help. Thx a lot.
