Is it enough if I download Net-snmp-5.2.1.tar.gz (source) and then
compile it but I think there r not enough files as in the earlier
version (Net-snmp 5.1.2)

I'm guessing what you're really after is binaries.  The last binaries I
put
out were for 5.1.2.  They can be found here:

about half-way down the page.  If you want current code you'll need to
compile it yourself.  Complete instructions can be found here:
