question regarding mib2c

I'm using net-snmp 5.1.3
I'm trying to to create template with minimal code using mib2c -  like the code of snmpTargetAddr.c.

i.e. -  struct variable2 snmpTargetAddrEntry_variables[] = { ... }

but all the options I used with mib2c didn't create such code.
Is there a way to do it.
