Replace SUBAGENT_LOGFILE with "/var/log/subagent.log"
i.e.
logh->token = strdup("var/log/subagent.log");
Include the following net-snmp header files:
#include <net-snmp/net-snmp-config.h>
#include <net-snmp/net-snmp-includes.h>
#include <net-snmp/agent/net-snmp-agent-includes.h>
Also define
netsnmp_log_handler *logh;
in your C program.
