That's an older version. You should upgrade to at least 4.2.6, if not
something more recent like 5.2.1.2.

Looks like you didn't configure in some of the ucd mibs. Try configuring
--with-mib-modules=ucd-snmp,ucd-snmp/disk.

Note that for scalars, you must tack on a '.0', as you did for sysLocation.
