Syntax errors for TargetMIB's counters

Hi,

I am working on net-snmp 5.1 release. 

When I do a get on snmpUnavailableContexts.0 & snmpUnknownContexts.0, I
get proper values. But when I remove the instance part, ie when I do a
get operation on only 'snmpUnknownContexts', the agent returns back with
'NoSuchObject'. It actually has to return with 'NoSuchInstance' error. 

Though the rest of the other SNMP counters are working as expected, I am
facing this issue with only snmpUnavailableContexts &
snmpUnknownContexts counters. The code also seem to be done differently
for these counters. 

Please let me know if this bug has been fixed, as our syntax tests are
failing for thee counters.
