Hmmm....  I'm not so sure.

I haven't checked the code, but my recollection of the AgentX specs
(which are where a lot of this behaviour comes from) are that the
priority is used to decide between *equal-length* registrations.
A longer (more specific) registration will be used in preference to
a shorter (more general) one - regardless of the priorities of the
two registrations.


The safest workaround is to disable any unwanted MIB registrations
when starting the Net-SNMP agent (or conversely, to *only* initialise
those MIB modules that are specifically required). 


At the very least, the documentation should be updated to warn of
this problem.  But although this behaviour is perhaps somewhat
confusing, I'd urge caution before changing it - this may have
some fairly significant architectural implications.
