Hi Robert! Thank you for your reply. To answer your first question: <RS> What release are you using? I assume 5.2.1, since it looks like you are using the mfd conf file. Please, don't get me started. :) It's a work server, and I didn't install net-snmp on it, and getting the "people" who could upgrade it (I think it's an older version) to actually do would require divine intervention... Or at least the intervention of someone further up the food chain then my bosses boss. Rant over. Second question: <RS> Did you specify that you wanted to allow row-creating when you ran mib2c? If not, save your old code and re-run mib2c, making sure to enable row creation. I didn't do it explicitly, no. I ran: env MIBS="ALL" mib2c -c mib2c.mfd.conf myTable I looked on the man page for mib2c (both the installed one on our server, and the one on the web page), and didn't see how to do it. Can you tell me how? > > You are lost in a twisty maze of little standards, > all different. > How many people actually catch the referance? Thanks, Paul __________________________________ Yahoo!
