SV: snmptrapd inform response - response time on win 2000

Hi Timothy I have the exact same problem.. When I use the command line "snmptrapd -a -Oqs -P -f" or "snmptrapd -a -Oqs -P -f -d" in a "command prompt" window there seems to be a 10 to 15 second response time delay in posting the trap/informs and in sending response pdu's to the informs. This does not happen with other test tools including net-snmp snmptrapd on a linux platform. Does anyone have ideas why the delay with this Win 2000 platform?
