how to compile new MIB's

Hello everybody!!!
I want to compile new MIB's with SNMP. I know I have to compile my agent
doing this:
$./configure --with-mib-modules = "the name of the MIB"
but I want to know if I can compile my new MIB omitting the option
--with-mib-modules.
You suggest me to update the configure file to include my MIB in the default
list of modules. But there is no option in the comand line ($./configure...)
to compile all the MIB's included in the appropriate directory???
