I can fully reproduce this on Solaris 9 SPARC with gcc 3.3.1. If 
HAVE_NETDB_H was an appropriate fix, we should fix the corresponding 
configure test that failed.

FWIW, both net-snmp 5.1.3 and 5.2.1 compiled fine on this Solaris box, IIRC.
