Windows binaries for 5.2.2.pre1 with SSL

Two Windows binaries for 5.2.2.pre1 have been added to the download page. One is a regular binary and the other is linked to OpenSSL 0.9.8 which will enable the privacy / encryption options for SNMP v3. A 'Development files' option has been added to the installer which will install the header and library files for developing applications with the Net-SNMP API. Please post any comments or issues to the list or fill out a bug report.
