snmptrap fan-out

I have done some google'n to no avail. I was wondering if someone here
might know how to do snmptrap fan-out.

i.e. with netflow, another UDP protocol, one can use flowtools to set up
a situation where all received netflow packets are sent out to multiple
other nodes with the original netflow information unmodified. These
packets are fanned out to multiple applications that have an interest
in receiving this data.

if there an equivalent method/application for snmp traps?
