Hi Thomas,

The problem was that I had some of the dependent
libraries compiled with SSL option on.
I downloaded the original 5.1.3 again. It compiles
and
runs fine now. As pointed out in the win32 readme
file, one should not compile snmptrapd with ssl. 
So for sake of speed!, for now I have two src tree.
One of them is for snmptrapd only. The other one is
for ssl of the get, set, ... and the netsnmp.dll.

I could only get the assembly instruction trace back.
