Supported Version of Net-snmp on RHEL AS 3

Hi,
I am Ravi Kumar, I am trying to install net-snmp-5.2.1.2-1.i686.rpm on RHEL AS 3.
It gets installed but when I run any of the commands like snmpget then it will give the following error
snmpget: error while loading shared libraries: librpm-4.4.so: cannot open shared
 object file: No such file or directory
To resolve this problem i downloaded the rpm(rpm-libs-4.4.1-21.i386.rpm) that contains 
librpm-4.4.so. But if i try to install that i will get the error
error: Failed dependencies:
        libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3.4) is needed by rpm-libs-4.4.1-21
        libneon.so.24 is needed by rpm-libs-4.4.1-21
        libselinux.so.1 is needed by rpm-libs-4.4.1-21
        libsqlite3.so.0 is needed by rpm-libs-4.4.1-21
intern if i got glibc-2.3.4-4.i386.rpm, but this has got some mode dependencies. So
please let me know the Latest version of the net-snmp rpm that is supported on
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3
