snmpwalk on avaya s8300

Hi,

I am trying to snmpwalk on avaya s8300. I am not aware about what to do 
with the mib file g3mib.asn1.
Can anybody tell me how to use this asn1 file so that I can do snmpwalk on 
the device. 
My final aim is to use mrtg to monitor certain parameters on avaya s8300.
I get timeout : no response from the device when I do snmpwalk on the 
same.
