In 5.2.2.pre3 the following builds fine for me:

./configure --with-out-mib-modules="snmpv3mibs ucd_snmp agent_mibs 
agentx notification target" --with-defaults && make

BTW, what still does *not* work properly (even in 5.2.2.pre3 and MAIN) 
is "--disable-agent". See bug #1006415 for details:
