I beg your pardon?
You have asked precisely *two* questions on the Net-SNMP mailing
lists in the last few months.

One was posted on August 10th (on the coders list) which received
replies from Robert, Andy and Alex. You do not appear to have
responded to either Andy or Alex's suggestions.

The other question was posted on Sunday - i.e. approximately 24
hours before this somewhat childish tantrum. If you expect an
immediate response to your questions, I suggest that you consider
employing a consultant, and paying for the privilege.

I guess that the majority have other paid employment, which must
take precedence over providing voluntary advice and assistance.
I also guess that the majority have better things to do with their
weekends than jump to your every whim. If you're asking for help
for free, then you should be prepared to wait a few days.

In which case, it's a bit stupid to insult the one source of
assistance that is open to you!

That probably depends on how much you have offended the other
members of the project. I can tell you quite honestly, that
I personally would not be particularly eager to offer advice
in light of your comments above. Fortunately for you perhaps,
I'm not a Windows expert (else I'd have responded yesterday).

You had better hope that the Windows experts are rather more
forgiving than I am feeling today!
