Hi,
I'm still trying to get the example code scalar_int.c to work. But i always
get the following error:

snmpget -v 1 -c psi 127.0.0.1 netSnmpExampleInteger.0

Error in packet
Reason:(noSuchName) There is no such variable name in this MIB
Failed object: NET-SNMP-EXAMPLES-MIB::netSnmpExampleInteger.0

i use net-snmp 5.2.1.2 and the win32sdk.dsw in the win32 folder to compile
the package. On the VS.NET Environment screen it looks like this

-win32sdk (Projectmap)
  |-+ encode_keychange (the project folders)
  |-+ libagent
  |-+ libhelpers
  |-+ libnetsnmptrapd
  |-+ libsnmp
  |-+ netsnmpmibssdk
  |-+ snmpbulkget
  |-+ snmpbulkwalk
  |-+ snmpdelta
  |-+ snmpdf
  |-+ snmpdsdk
  |-+ snmpget
  |-+ snmpgetnext
  |-+ snmpnetstat
  |-+ snmpset
  |-+ snmptranslate
  |-+ snmptrap
  |-+ snmptrapd
  |-+ snmpusm
  |-+ snmpvacm
  |-+ snmpwalk

I inserted the scalar_int.c to the projects
libagent,
libhelpers,
libsnmp,
snmpdsdk,
netsnmpmibssdk
and recompiled the package and reinstalled it each time.
The compilation and installation made no problems at each time.
The NET-SNMP-EXAMPLES-MIB is loaded because i can get the OIDs from this MIB
with snmptranslate for netSnmpExampleInteger.0

In which project folder should i insert the scalar_int.c?
can someone give me a hint how to do it to get the variables?

Thanks in advance for answers
