(First read Dave's answer to the OP.)

It sounds like you have multiple identical processes that all implement 
the same MIB?
Then you might consider using some kind of instance naming of the MIB 
objects, so that queries for instance 1 of object foo goes to process 1 
and so on...
I think the above would imply that you have to register each MIB object 
instance to enable the master agent to choose the right place to query 
for the instances.
