Yes you are right..I have to implement same MIB for
multiple process. Or you can consider something like
this..Two instances of same subagent process is
running on diferent processor..

 
I got your point, in this case Subagent should
register the object instance( some rows ) with the
master agent and not the full table. 

But how to do in case of dynamic table? As per my
understanding of agentX protocol..in case of dynamic
table I should have a index in the table which is non
intrinsic.. so that every subagent will have different
value for that and it can register with that index
value.

is that right?

(First read Dave's answer to the OP.)

It sounds like you have multiple identical processes
that all implement 
the same MIB?
Then you might consider using some kind of instance
naming of the MIB 
objects, so that queries for instance 1 of object foo
goes to process 1 
and so on...
I think the above would imply that you have to
register each MIB object 
instance to enable the master agent to choose the
right place to query 
for the instances.
