You probably need to load the relevant MIB files.

Two problems:
a) The option "-c public" should come *before*
the host and root OID to walk.
b) You might find it safer to explicitly specify
the root as a fully qualified OID:
Try
snmpwalk -c public 192.168.20.117 .1.3.6.1.4.1.111
