for I could not find the files, I've go to 5.2.
(just compiled from a few weeks :   Build date:  October 18, 2005)
And that time I found good mib2c.*.conf files, but....

i have copied the all files in /local/mib2c-conf.d
to my folder were the mib2c.*.confs are and it worked

you should load the mib in snmp.conf
like this

mibs +IANA-RTPROTO-MIB
