The '-m' option takes the name of the MIB *module*
(the token before "DEFINITIONS"), not the name of the MIB *file*.

The -M option you used should be fine.
Or try
-M +/opt/bpmmib5.0

-m ALL
will load *all* MIB files in the list of MIB directories.
