The 'mib2c' script expects to be given the name of a particular
MIB *object*, marking the root of the tree to generate code for.
It doesn't automatically start with the root of the MIB module.

Try somthing like

	perl /opt/csw/bin/mib2c  VRTS-SNMP-MIB::veritas
